MEET FORMS & SANCTION APPLICATION

Effective September 8, 2023 all applications for sanctioned or approved events in the Wisconsin Swimming LSC must be submitted electronically.  All applications must comply with USA Swimming and Wisconsin Swimming rules and policies as of the date of application. All submissions must include an application form and a proposed meet packet. Use the link below to submit your applications and packets.

  • Meet Bid Form - Long Course 2026 Meet Bids will be accepted Sept 7 - Oct 14, 2025.  Final schedule will be approved at the October 28, 2025 HOD meeting.  A team representative should be in attendance at this virtual meeting to answer any questions regarding a meet bid
