MEET FORMS & SANCTION APPLICATIONS

Effective September 8, 2023 all applications for sanctioned or approved events in the Wisconsin Swimming LSC must be submitted electronically.  
All applications must comply with USA Swimming and Wisconsin Swimming rules and policies as of the date of application. All submissions must include an application form and a proposed meet packet. Use the links below to submit your applications and packets.
 

SANCTION INFORMATION

Sanction/Approval requests for Spring/Summer 2026 are now being accepted. 
 
*NEW SANCTION PROCEDURE EFFECTIVE 3.25.26*
Sanction numbers will be issued immediately upon submission and emailed to the Contact Person on the request form, under a separate cover.
Please upload the Meet Information Packets with the application, for the LSC files.  If an update is needed in the packet, a notice will be sent to the contact person. Updated packets with requested changes must be emailed back or the sanction may be terminated and a new application will need to be filed. 
INTRASQUAD MEETS DO NOT NEED TO SUBMIT A MEET INFORMATION PACKET.
 
APPROVED MEETS must still utilize the standard request form.  All approved meet applications require a new Form D to be submitted.  Please be thoughtful and thorough in your reasons for hosting the meet as Approved rather than Sanctioned.
 
  All Meet Packets MUST have SafeSport 360 language

NOTE:  Teams that are planning to host a meet during Short Course 2026-27 and would like it on the Official WSI Schedule, should submit the details to the LSC at this time.     All meets  for Fall/Winter season (aka Short Course) must be submitted thru the online form   (red button)   and will automatically be added to the WSI Schedule. The meet details entered thru the form will be the only information reflected on the schedule.  Please be sure to check your details for any omissions before submitting. The schedule will be finalized at the House of Delegates meeting on April 25, 2026.
 
Teams wishing to host one of the State Championship Meets   (gray button)   or one of the Winter or Summer Regional Meets  (blue button) , should submit their bid via the online form. 
All bids will be reviewed and voted on at the House of Delegates meeting on April 25, 2026.
 
  • Add A Meet To WSI SCHEDULE - Submit a meet to be added to the 2026/27 Short Course season.  Schedule to be finalized at HoD meeting on April 25, 2026.  Deadline to submit is 11:59 p.m., April 11, 2026
  • Championship Meet Bid Form - Bids for 2027 Regionals or State Championship Meets.  Deadline to submit is 11:59 p.m., April 11, 2026
