![]() Assistant Swim Coach Waunakee Rural Aquatic Team (WRAT), a United States Swimming club is seeking an assistant swimming coach for the upcoming fall and winter seasons. We are very proud of our coaches as we are the current state champions for small teams in Wisconsin. Coaching hours will vary but mostly will be M-F after 5:45 pm and some weekends. WRAT consists of over 120 swimmers, including State, Zone and National qualifiers. WRAT practices at the wonderful Waunakee Aquatic Center. Candidate must have strong knowledge of competitive swimming, be enthusiastic, well organized with strong leadership qualities and love working with little kids. Candidate must have or be willing to obtain lifeguarding and CPR certifications. Our Fall season will start September 20th. The Lake Country Phoenix is looking for an energetic part-time coach to work with developmental swimmers of all ages. Primary responsibilities include acting as lead coach at our novice sessions and assisting in all of our Age Group practice groups. Candidates must enjoy working with kids; have strong verbal communication skills and basic knowledge of competitive swimming. Evening and Saturday AM availability is required. Lake Country Swim Team operates in the Lake Country area west of Milwaukee. We use pools in Hartland, Delafield and Hartford. Hourly pay would be commensurate with experience. The McFarland Spartan Sharks, Inc. a non-profit USS swim team is looking for Senior and Age Group Coaches for its 2010-11 Short Course season. Applicants must have the ability to motivate swimmers and have prior swimming or swim coaching experience. Senior and Age Group coaches should maintain a successful partnership with the McFarland School Districts pool staff and high school swimming teams and follow the USA Swimming Code of Conduct.
